Nintendo is releasing a free summer update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons today that adds a lot of new content to the game. The update includes new items, activities, and a new feature that allows players to exchange gifts with friends online.
One of the most exciting new features in the summer update is the ability to exchange gifts with friends online. This feature allows players to send and receive gifts from friends who are not currently playing the game. To exchange gifts, players must first add each other as friends on the Nintendo Switch Online app. Once they are friends, they can send gifts to each other by selecting the "Send Gift" option from the NookPhone.
The summer update also adds a number of new items to the game, including new furniture, clothing, and accessories. Players can also collect new seashells and bugs that can be used to craft new items. Additionally, the update adds a new activity called the "Fireworks Show." The Fireworks Show takes place every Sunday evening at 7pm and features a variety of fireworks displays.
