Julie Bowen is set to star in "Happy Gilmore 2" alongside Adam Sandler. Bowen talked about the sequel, as well as the funny side of parenting teenagers.

Julie Bowen is set to star in "Happy Gilmore 2" alongside Adam Sandler.

The sequel to the 1996 comedy is in the early stages of development, but Bowen said she is excited to be a part of it.

"I'm so excited to be a part of this project," Bowen said. "I'm a huge fan of the original movie, and I think the sequel is going to be even better."

Bowen said she is looking forward to working with Sandler again. The two previously worked together on the comedy "Grown Ups."

"Adam is so funny and talented," Bowen said. "I can't wait to see what he does with this character."

The Funny Side of Parenting Teens

In addition to her work on "Happy Gilmore 2," Bowen is also busy parenting her three teenage sons.

Bowen said that parenting teenagers can be a lot of fun, but it also has its challenges.

"It's a lot of fun to watch them grow and change," Bowen said. "But it can also be a little bit challenging at times."

Bowen said that one of the funniest things about parenting teenagers is their sense of humor. They said that her sons are always making her laugh.

"They're so funny," Bowen said. "They have a great sense of humor."
